 Saddleback Energy (“Saddleback”) is a full service Natural Gas & LNG Brokerage and Energy Consulting Company. Saddleback focuses on providing its clients with executable market information in the physical as well as the financial marketplace. Contract terms brokered are typically one month or longer, representing all trading basins and delivery points in the western US and along the western Canadian-US border. Our consulting services in conjunction with our brokerage division include, but are not limited to, creating, managing and operating Request For Proposal(RFP)/bid and procurement programs for commercial and industrial natural gas & LNG users. Saddleback is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Brener Group, a woman owned corporation. Its Vice President, Marc Brener, brings over 35 years experience in the oil & gas industry to the company. Mr. Brener has held senior level and ownership positions with a variety of marketing, trading and integrated O&G companies, providing first hand experience and understanding of the regulatory and operating natural gas market throughout many areas of Canada and the United States. Saddleback’s personnel are available to provide a total service package to its current list of customers. Also, a full administrative staff with experience of over 25 years is in place to answer any question pertaining to RFP/Bid programs, corporate development, broker confirmations or billings. As the Company grows, we will continue to offer services from staff with the highest level of marketing and trading experience. This is what distinguishes Saddleback from the rest of the brokerage community. By providing our clients with timely information on market moves and knowing what our clients want to do, we can efficiently and effectively communicate market activity. In order to maximize the benefit of our services and minimize disruption to the trader, phone calls and internet messaging are kept to a minimum. Our state of the art equipment will track developments in the marketplace and assist in communicating with our clients via phone and the World Wide Web.Saddleback’s corporate mission is to ensure that the highest level of professional brokerage and consultation service is provided to our clients. Our client list extends from small end-users and commercial companies to large-scale power developers, utilities, pipeline and natural gas storage corporations, as well as integrated aggregators and national marketing and trading companies. A sampling of these companies are as follows: Southern California Gas Company, Sempra Energy, BP Energy, JP Morgan, California Department of Water Resources, Southern California Edison Company, ConocoPhillips Company, Chevron Natural Gas, Reliant Energy, Occidental Energy Marketing, Macquarie Cook, Shell Energy Trading, Encana Energy, National Marketing & Trading, Questar Energy, San Diego Gas & Electric, Arizona Public Service, Astra Power, Enserco Energy, Anadarko Energy, PG&E Electric Procurement, Total Natural Gas & Power and Southern Union Gas. The products presently offered by our brokerage division include physical transactions such as fixed price, gas daily index pricing or first of month index pricing. OTC financial transactions include basis swaps, index related and fixed price Gas Daily swaps. We are able to tailor our consulting energy and brokerage services to meet our clients specific needs. Such services can include regulatory interventions, natural gas and LNG Bid and Procurement programs for commercial and industrial users. |
